(d) Preparation and checking of Finance messages and reports

of proceedings.

(e) Collection of files required for Finance Committee meetings

and seeing that they are placed along with other

Finance

Committee papers in the Council Chamber at least 15 minutes

before meeting commences.

(f) Distribution of Finance messages and minuting of files to

Departments concerned after meetings.

(g) Preparation of Special Warrants for Finance messages

approved by Finance Committee.

(h) Furnishing signed copies of Finance Committee Reports to

Confidential Registry for binding and to Treasury for record.

(i) Other clerical details connected with Finance.

He will deal with the following clerical details connected with

leave and passages:-

(a) Maintenance of an up-to-date card index system of all

leave and passage records of all non-local personnel

(Except Police Officers of non-commissioned rank and

Indian warders) and or other personnel as may be directed

from time to time. (This includes all staff at Colonial

Secretary's Office.)

(b) Preparation and checking of leave and passage statements.

(c) Any other clerical details connected with leave and passages.

He will prepare the various documents as necessary and will

maintain the following registers:-

(a) British Born Subject Certificates issued.

(b) Naturalization Certificates issued.

(c) Mining Licences issued.

(d) Prospecting Licences issued.

(e) Medals and Certificates received and issued.

(f) Other registers as may be necessary,
